Fresh fruit salad with honey-mint dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Honey; to taste (up to 2)
1 tablespoon Amaretto; to taste (up to 2)
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 dash Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Minced fresh mint
5 Heaping cups fresh fruit; cut in pieces (melons, peaches, nectarines grapes, cherries)
Whole mint leaves to garnish

Directions

FRUITS

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smoothly blended. Combine fruits in a mixing bowl. Add dressing and toss thoroughly.

Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with whole mint leaves. Cover and chill briefly before serving.

NOTES : Fixed this for a party with friends and everyone loved it.
