Herbed ricotta and walnuts

Ingredients

¾ cup Ricotta cheese
½ cup Fresh basil -- chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 12\" pizza crust
2 Plum tomatoes -- sliced
Thin
2 tablespoons Parmesan -- grated
½ cup Gorgonzola cheese --
Crumble
cup Walnuts -- chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 450~. Combine ricotta, basil, salt and pepper. Spread evenly over pizza crust. Arrange tomato slices in a circle 1" in from the cheese border. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Gorgonzola and nuts. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice 255 Cal, 11 gr Fat. VARIATION-Mozzarella, Gorgonzola and Walnuts-Spread 1-½ c shredded mozzarella over crust.

Prepare and bake as directed but omit ricotta, basil, salt and pepper. Per Slice: 280 Cal, 14 gr Fat.
