Hidden treasure chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ cup Margarine; softened
14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
cup Coconut flakes
6 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder together. In a large bowl, stir by hand, softened margarine & sweetened condensed milk and margarine until smooth & creamy.

Add the graham cracker mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto a lightly sprayed pan. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Calories per cookie is 87⅕ with 4.7 grams of fat.
