Hidden valley ranch chicken stir fry

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
½ pounds Chicken breasts; boneless and skinless
1 pack Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing (dry)
16 ounces Vegetable Medley; thawed
2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet or WOK. Add chicken which has been cut into thin strips. Stir in dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Mix to coat chicken. Add thawed vegetables and 2 TB water. Stir fry about 2 minutes.
