½ cup Natural rice vinegar
½ cup Seasoned rice vinegar
2 Shallots; chopped fine
3 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 small Seeded jalapeƱo; chopped
1 bunch Cilantro; chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using. Serve over Barbequed Oysters. Makes 1½ cups.
