Ingredients

1 pounds Coarsely ground beef
(or regular ground beef)
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
16 ounces Can tomatoes
1 tablespoon Sugar
teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
8 ounces Can lima beans
8 ounces Can peas, drained
4 ounces Can mushrooms, drained
3 ounces Package cream cheese combined with 1/4 cup milk

Directions

Brown ground beef in Bread'n Cake Bake (or skillet) on top of range. Drain well. Add all remaining ingredients except cream cheese. Stir well.

Spread cream cheese mixture over top. Cover Bread'n Cake Bake and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, place in CROCK-POT. Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 3 to 4 hours). If not refrigerated, cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
