Holiday relish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Whole cranberries
2 Apples; unpeeled
2 Oranges; unpeeled
1 small Can crushed pineapple
1 cup Chopped pecans
1 teaspoon Red food coloring (opt'l.)
cup Sugar [I find this to be too much, we like only 1 cup]

Directions

Place cranberries and 2 cups of water in blender. Chop finely and drain. Place cored and quartered apples (unpeeled) and 2 cups of water in blender. Chop finely and drain. Quarter oranges (unpeeled), remove seeds, and chop finely in blender. Do not add water, use only juice from oranges. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl and refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor.

Yield: Approximately 1½ qts.
