1 | tablespoon | Chili powder |
1 | tablespoon | Paprika |
½ | tablespoon | Lemon peel |
½ | tablespoon | Orange peel |
½ | tablespoon | MSG (optional) |
½ | tablespoon | Cayenne pepper |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. sprinkle on meat (ribs, shoulders, pork chops, chicken, steaks, brisket, fish, etc.) and let set for at least ½ hour before cooking.
