Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Beef flank steak
1 medium Onion; chopped
3 larges Tomatoes; diced
1 cup Sour cream
Salt & pepper
Barbecue sauce
4 tablespoons Butter
2 minutes.

Directions

Cut beef into bite size pieces. Melt butter; add meat & brown on all sides.

Add onions & tomatoes & cook until onion is golden brown. Stir in sour cream, salt, pepper & one large spoonful of barbecue sauce. Mix well; broil FRAU MICHAEL (ANGELIKA) NOUSCH
