1 | cup | Minute rice |
1 | Egg; slightly beaten | |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
⅛ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9" square baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Garnish as desired. Makes 6 servings.
Microwave Directions: Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9" square microwaveable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at high 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbs. Garnish as desired.
