Arrange potato slices in 1 layer on baking sheet and bake, turning occasionally, for 45 minutes or until golden brown. In a small bowl, combine cheese and paprika and sprinkle mixture over the potatoes.
Bake 5 minutes more, let cool, and transfer to a serving dish.
