Honey granola squares

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Rolled oats
½ cup Any bran type cereal
½ cup Sunflower seeds; (no shells)
½ cup Raisins and honey
½ cup Honey
¼ cup Wheat germ
2 Eggs
cup Fleischmann's; (or any) salt-free margarine, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla.

Here's a great honey dessert -- an alternative to honey cake.

Source: Fleischmann's Margarine (in B'nai Brith Tribune, Toronto) Preparation time: 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir into dry mixture.

Press into a greased 9 inch (23 cm.) square baking pan. Bake at 350F (180C) oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool, then cut into 24 squares.

Notes: Per square: 180 calories; 2⅗ g protein; 5⅒ g fat; 14⅕ g carbohydrate; 1.7 g dietary fibre.
