Honey granola bars

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Flour
cup Old-fashioned (not instant) oats
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Dark brown sugar
cup Honey
cup Butter, melted
¼ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup Surrants or raisins
½ cup Sliced almonds

Directions

In small bowl, whisk together flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, honey and melted butter. Blend in flour mixture and sunflower seeds, currnats and almonds. Press dough firmly into bottom of greased, 9"-square pan.
