Honey pineapple bread

2 tablespoons Oil
1 cup Honey
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Whole bran
1 cup Pineapple juice
½ cup Finely chopped pineapple
¾ cup Chopped Macadamia nuts

Directions

Grease a 9x5" loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl blend together the oil, honey and egg. Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, whole bran, pineapple juice and pineapple. Mix until just blended. Fold in the Macadamia nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a 350F oven for 1 hour.
