Honey-bun ring

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Margarine
¼ cup Honey
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Nuts; chopped
2 Biscuits; canned

Directions

Mix together margarine, honey, brown sugar. Microwave on high in 5-cup fluted ring mold. Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is bubbly, stirring once. Sprinkle with nuts. Separate biscuits and place in ring mold, turning to coat, and so each biscuit touches each other. Push biscuits together so they fit inside dish. Cover with white paper towel.

Set dish on glass serving plate to catch any spillovers.

Microwave on HIGH for 3½ to 4 ½ minutes or until no longer doughy, rotating once or twice. Cool 1 minute. Invert on serving plate. Serve. Tip: You can use a round glass microwave safe dish and insert a heat safe glass in the middle, if you don't have a microwave-safe ring mold.
