Hot & sweet salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 each 4 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
1 large Onion
3 eaches Cloves garlic
4 eaches Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped fine
2 eaches Serrano Peppers, seeded and chopped fine
3 eaches Habanero peppers, seeded and chopped fine
¼ cup Marukan Gourmet Seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Mexican oregano, crushed
1 tablespoon Ancho chile powder (plain)
1 tablespoon New mexican chile powder (plain)
Olive oil

Directions

Saute onion, garlic, peppers in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add liquid ingredients and chile powder. Bring to a boil, and then simmer 10 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
