Hot and spicy marinade

Ingredients

1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Chili sauce
¼ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Hot Chinese chili paste-optl
2 teaspoons Hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Onion, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Makes 3 cups This is a good marinade for ribs, pork chops, pork tenderloin and pork roasts such as loin and butt. * Chinese chili paste is available in oriental and specialty food stores.
