Hot green pepper jelly

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Green pepper
6 cups Sugar
cup Cider vinegar
1 Bottle of Certo
3 tablespoons Cayenne pepper

Directions

Remove seeds from the green peppers. Grind in your blender. Combine with sugar and vinegar and bring to a full boil. Continue cooking 10 minutes. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Add Certo and Cayenne pepper.

Cool. Add several drops of green food coloring for dark green color.

Pour into prepared jars; seal with paraffin. Serve as appetizers.
