Green chile jelly

Ingredients

1 | can | (3 1/2 oz.) jalapeno peppers |
1 | can | (4oz) green chiles |
1 | large | Green pepper (bell) |
1 | cup | White vinegar |
6 | cups | Sugar |
1 | pack | Certo or pectin |
Green food coloring |
Directions
Put peppers and chiles in blender or food processor and blend, mix with sugar and vinegar and put into a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to nice simmer and cook about 30 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Skim foam off top. Remove from heat, add pectin and small amount of food coloring. Stir and pour into containers. Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator. Makes lots and has a NICE bite to it.
