Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | B soda |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1½ | cup | Oil |
| 3 | Eggs, beaten | |
| 1½ | cup | Pineapple (crushed & undrain |
| 1½ | cup | Bananas |
| 1 | cup | Nuts |
| ½ | cup | Coconut |
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix eggs & oil then stir into dry ingredients. Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas & nuts. Makes a 3-layer cake in 9" pans. Bake 350 deg for 30 min. Cool & frost with cream cheese icing.
