Hummus bi tahina

30 | ounces | Garbanzo beans, (2 cans) undrained |
3 | smalls | Cloves garlic |
5 | tablespoons | Tahini, (sesame seed paste) |
¼ | cup | Fresh lemon juice |
3 | tablespoons | Water |
Directions
Drain garbanzo beans, reserving ¼ cup liquid, and set aside.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Drop garlic through food chute with processor running, and process 3 seconds or until minced. Add garbanzo beans, reserved ¼ cup liquid, and remaining ingredients; process 3 minutes or until smooth. Yield: 3 cups (serving size:
¼ cup).
