Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Corn meal mix
¾ cup All-purpose flour
1 Egg
4 tablespoons Sugar
1 medium Onion; chopped fine
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1½ cup Milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients & mix well. Let rise 10 minutes. Stir again. Drop by tablespoonful into deep fat. Makes 2 dozen or more.
