Ingredients

16 ounces Pumpkin
12 ounces Evaporated milk
2 tablespoons Butter; softened
2 Eggs
¾ cup Sugar
½ cup Bisquick
2½ teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Grease pie plate, 10x1½". Beat all ingred. in blender on high until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55 minutes or til knife inserted comes out clean. HIGH ALT: Bake about 55 minutes.
