Irish casserole

Ingredients

½ | cup | Onion; chopped |
⅓ | cup | Green onions; chopped |
¼ | cup | Mushrooms; sliced;(4-oz can) |
3 | tablespoons | Margarine; |
6 | To 8 weiners; (depending on size of family) cut into 1/2\" slices | |
1 | pack | Green beans; frozen cut cooked |
2 | cups | To 4 cup mashed potatoes; (you can use instant mashed if you wish) |
½ | cup | Cheese; grated |
Directions
Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in margarine about 5 minutes.
Add weiners, brown lightly. Remove from heat; add beans. Stir hot mashed potatoes into weiner-bean mixture, mixing well. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Bake a 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
