Italian chicken salad

1 | Whole chicken, boiled | |
1 | cup | Onions, coarsely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
½ | cup | Black olives, pitted, crush |
1 | cup | Celery, coarsley chopped |
½ | cup | Stuffed olives, sliced |
4 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Salt/pepper |
Directions
Strain chicken. Reserve chicken stock for another use. Debone and remove skin from chicken. Shred the meat. Saute onions, and celery in olive oil for a short time. Add chicken, mix well with all other ingredients until heated. Serve cold or hot.
