Italian vegetable casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Zucchini; sliced 1/2 \" thick
2 Yellow squash; sliced 1/2\" thick
2 Onions; diced
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine;
1 tablespoon Garlic; finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano;
8 ounces Low-sodium tomato sauce;
3 ounces Mozzarella cheese; grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute' zucchini, yellow squash and onion with butter and garlic. Add oregano and tomato sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
