Italian vegetable casserole

Ingredients

2 | Zucchini; sliced 1/2 \" thick | |
2 | Yellow squash; sliced 1/2\" thick | |
2 | Onions; diced | |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; |
1 | tablespoon | Garlic; finely chopped |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried oregano; |
8 | ounces | Low-sodium tomato sauce; |
3 | ounces | Mozzarella cheese; grated |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute' zucchini, yellow squash and onion with butter and garlic. Add oregano and tomato sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
