Jalapeno vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Lime juice -- freshly
Squeezed
½ teaspoon Black pepper
tablespoon Sherry vinegar
½ Fresh jalapeno pepper --
Seede
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the olive oil and whirl 1 to 2 minutes. With machine running, add olive oil, 1 tbs at a time. Chill. Makes 1 cup
