Chili vinaigrette

¼ cup White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Mustard
½ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Ancho chili paste
1 teaspoon Ground cumin

Directions

Whisk together vinegar, mustard and oil. Add chili paste and cumin. Serve.

This recipe yields about ⅞ cup vinaigrette.
