Jamaican jerk seasoning paste for pork

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Habaneros, seeded &
Chopped
7 Jalapenos, seeded & chopped
2 ounces Allspice berries
OR
¼ cup Powdered allspice
3 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Chopped scallions
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Directions

Pound or puree all the ingredients to make a thick paste. Spread paste over meat and marinate for 1 hour or longer before grilling.
