¾ cup Dried Onion Flakes
¼ cup Ground Allspice
¼ cup Black Pepper -- fresh
Ground
¼ cup Cayenne
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Ground Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Dried Ground Habanero Chile
Optional

Directions

Mix the spices throughly in a bowl. Store in a cool, dark pantry.
