Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

¼ | pounds | Lean ground beef (80% or 90%) |
1 | small | Habanero, chopped |
½ | small | Onion, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1/16 | teaspoon | Thyme or to taste |
1/16 | teaspoon | Basil or to taste |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except habanero together. Add habanero to mixture and mix well. Shape into a patty. Grill or broil until done as you like. Note: You can substitute any spice or herbfor what you like.
