Justin wilson's fish marinade and basting sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Chablis wine
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Salt
2 tablespoons Creole mustard
½ teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Use as a marinade and basting sauce
