Kale potato soup

1 | large | Onion, chopped |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
3 | mediums | Potatoes, chopped |
Salt and Pepper to taste | ||
4 | cups | Steamed kale, chopped |
Directions
In a large pot, bring water, onion, garlic and potatoes to a full boil and cook until potatoes are soft. Add steamed kale. Remove half the soup and blend in the blender. Return blended mixture to the pot, and stir. Serve hot.
Per serving: 90 CALORIES; 2g PROTEIN; 0g FAT; 20g CARBOHYDRATE.
