Quick potato soup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
½ cup Sliced green onions
½ cup Shredded carrot
1 cup Water
1⅓ cup Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes
3 cups Milk
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and carrot; cook 2 minutes or until tender. Add water; bring to a boil. Stir in potato flakes, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until hot, stirring occasionally.
