1 medium Onion -- chopped
2 cans Tomato juice -- 32 ounces

1 cup Water
1 can Chili beans -- 15 ounces
Undrained
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
8 ounces Uncooked spaghetti -- broken
In half

Directions

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain and set aside. In a large kettle, combine the tomato juice, water, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Stir in beef mixture; simmer an additional 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and stir into chili. Yield: 10-12 servings (3 qts.) Recipe By : Taste of Home
