Kielbasi bean egg drop soup

5 | mediums | Carrots - sliced |
10 | ounces | Frozen corn |
½ | Ring kielbasi - thin sliced | |
2 | mediums | Eggs |
3 | tablespoons | Butter |
½ | teaspoon | Adobo seasoning |
½ | teaspoon | Basil |
½ | teaspoon | Parsley |
½ | teaspoon | Onion flakes |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Maple syrup |
1 | tablespoon | Minced garlic |
Directions
Pre-soak lima beans, then boil with carrots 15-20 mins. Add other ingredients. Be sure soup is HOT when adding eggs and stir immediately. Heat additional 30-45 minutes over med heat.
