Ingredients

6 cups Packed torn fresh spinach leaves
2 cups Fresh bean sprouts
2 cups Fresh mushrooms; sliced
¼ cup Green onions; thinly sliced
½ cup Orange blossom honey
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Cider vinegar
¼ cup Light catsup
1 teaspoon 72% less sodium Worcestershire sauce

Directions

HONEY FRENCH DRESSING

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss. Serve with Honey French Dressing. Yield: 8 servings (about 88 calories per 2 cups salad and 2½ tablespoons dressing).

HONEY FRENCH DRESSING: Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. Chill. Yield: 1 ¼ cups (about 28 calories per tablespoon).
