King khofa's lamb tagen

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Good quality diced lamb
½ cup Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; chopped
1 teaspoon Chopped mixed red and green chillies
1 can Peeled tomatoes
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
1 cup Okra; (ladies' fingers)
1 cup Water

Directions

Fry the onion, garlic and chillies gently until soft. Add the diced lamb and the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the paprika and coriander, plus the water, and simmer for a further 20 minutes. Then add the okra and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve garnished with a sprinkling of parsley.
