Knights earth day cookies (butter cookies)

Ingredients

3½ | cup | Regular Flour |
1⅓ | cup | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Powdered sugar |
10 | drops | Blue food coloring |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | cup | Butter or shortening |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
1 | tablespoon | Water |
Directions
FROSTING
Mix cookie ingredients in a mixing bowl. add flour if sticky. Using rolling pin to press dough, and use a 2½ inch circle (use a cover to a small jar) cookie cutter and cut out cookies till dough is gone.
sprinkle flour below and above to do rolling pin pressing. remove cookies from cutting board using spatula or flat object. bake at 375 for 10 min or so till cookies start browning on bottom. let cool.
mix powdered sugar in 2 separate bowls, ¼ and ¾ is 2 bowls with ¼ and ¾ tablespspoon of water respectivly. Add water (very little) OR powdered sugar till thick enough to frost (not really thick)! Coat blue frosting on all cookies. Let stand till frosting is dry. Use white frosting (which should be covered till use) to swirled on top of cookies to resemble the cloud formations seen from space.
