Korean beef - gas grill

Ingredients

pounds Sirloin steak cut 1/2 inch thick
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 eaches Green onions, finely chopped
2 eaches Garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Dry sherry
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Cut meat into serving size pieces; score on both sides. Place meat in shallow pan. Mix soy sauce, onions, garlic, sugar, oil, sherry and pepper. Pour over beef and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour; turn once. Drain. Pre-heat both sides of gas grill on HIGH for 10 minutes. Turn both sides to MEDIUM. Grill meat with hood closed for about 15 minutes or until done, turning once.
