Korean beef rib marinade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Cider vinegar
½ cup Reduced-sodium soy sauce
cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons Dark molasses
¼ cup Chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 tablespoon Grated orange zest
4 larges Garlic cloves; minced
½ teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, and molasses. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Place meat in a single layer in a glass or ceramic dish. Add marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, 6 to 12 hours.
