Kuku golkalam (cauliflower kuku)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Cauliflower; Washed , cooked and mashed florets of
1 Sliced onion
2 Crushed cloves of garlic; (germ removed)
Oil for frying
4 Beatten eggs
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon Backing powder

Directions

Fry garlic and onion. Mix with the mashed cauliflower, season with salt, pepper and baking powder.

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add the mixture, and cook on low fire for 15 minutes,covered . Place a plate on the pan and turn them upside down, return the kuku to the frying pan and continue cooking covered for 15 minutes.
