Kuku golkalam (cauliflower kuku)

2 | Crushed cloves of garlic; (germ removed) | |
Oil for frying | ||
4 | Beatten eggs | |
Salt and pepper | ||
½ | teaspoon | Backing powder |
Directions
Fry garlic and onion. Mix with the mashed cauliflower, season with salt, pepper and baking powder.
Heat oil in a non stick pan, add the mixture, and cook on low fire for 15 minutes,covered . Place a plate on the pan and turn them upside down, return the kuku to the frying pan and continue cooking covered for 15 minutes.
