Ingredients

12 | ounces | Evaporated Milk |
3 | cups | Heavy Cream |
14 | ounces | Condensed Milk; Sweetened |
3 | slices | Bread |
½ | cup | Cashews |
1 | cup | Pistachio Nuts |
1 | pinch | Saffron |
½ | teaspoon | Cardamom |
12 | Ice Cream Cones | |
½ | cup | Strawberries; Sweetened |
½ | cup | Mango; Sliced |
Directions
1) Remove crusts from bread and break into large, soft crumbs. In a mixer, add all the above ingredients, and mix very well.
2) Place the freezer cones in a stand, and pour the mixture into each cone, leaving ½ inch space on top.
3) Freeze the kulfis overnight, or till very well frozen and set.
4) Serve with fruit puree sauce/cubed mango or falooda, or as such.
