La strada's portabella mushroom

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Whole portabella mushrooms
cup Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 large Garlic (elephant); roasted
cup Sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Parsley
16 ounces Angel hair pasta; fresh

Directions

Coat mushrooms in oil and vinegar (3:1), add salt/pepper/roasted garlic and water. Bake at 350 degrees for ½ hour than add 1 tbs butter on top and other ingredients. Cook fresh pasta in oil, till crispy. Put the mushroom mixture on top of the pasta.
