La strada's portabella mushroom

Ingredients

2 | Whole portabella mushrooms | |
⅓ | cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
2 | tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar |
1 | large | Garlic (elephant); roasted |
⅓ | cup | Sun-dried tomatoes |
1 | tablespoon | Butter |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
1 | teaspoon | Parsley |
16 | ounces | Angel hair pasta; fresh |
Directions
Coat mushrooms in oil and vinegar (3:1), add salt/pepper/roasted garlic and water. Bake at 350 degrees for ½ hour than add 1 tbs butter on top and other ingredients. Cook fresh pasta in oil, till crispy. Put the mushroom mixture on top of the pasta.
