Laab dip (thai raw beef salad)

200 | grams | Beef sirloin ; very fresh |
50 | grams | Beef liver; sliced thinly |
100 | millilitres | Beef blood; very fresh |
¼ | cup | Mint leaves |
3 | tablespoons | Spring onions; finely sliced |
3 | tablespoons | Lime juice -==- OR lemon |
½ | tablespoon | Fish sauce |
½ | tablespoon | Ground chillies |
Directions
