Ingredients

2 | cups | ;cooked chopped turkey |
10 | ounces | Package frozen English peas |
1 | cup | (4 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese; shredded |
1 | cup | Celery; diced |
½ | cup | Soft breadcrumbs |
¼ | cup | Onion; chopped |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
3 | dashes | Hot sauce |
8 | ounces | Can crescent dinner rolls |
2 | teaspoons | Sesame seeds |
Radish slices (optional) | ||
Fresh parsley sprigs (opt'l) |
Directions
Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish.
Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
