Italian turkey pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground turkey
¼ cup Milk
¼ cup Seasoned bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Crushed oregano leaves
4 tablespoons Tomato paste
ounce Jar sliced mushrooms, drained
¼ cup Grated parmesan
1 cup Shredded mozzarella (4 oz)
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons Sliced olives

Directions

Combine turkey, milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt, pepper and ½ tsp crushed oregano. Press mix evenly over bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Spread paste over meat "crust." Top with oregano, mushrooms and parmesan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella, green pepper, olives. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes, cut into wedges. Makes 6 servings.
