Golden pecan pie - sl 11/81

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
1 pinch Salt
3 eaches Eggs; well beaten
1 cup Light corn syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Margarine; softened
1 cup Pecan halves
1 each Unbaked 9\" pastry shell

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, syrup, vanilla, and margarine; beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350F for 55 to 60 minutes. Yield: one 9" pie.
