Layered lettuce salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 medium Lettuce -- head
Torn in bite size piece
1 medium Cauliflower flowerets
1 medium Red onion -- sliced thinly
½ cup Bacon bits
½ cup Lemon juice
1 pack Whipped topping -- frozen,
Thawed
1 dash Yellow food coloring --
Optional
1 each Graham cracker pie crust, 9

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together first three ingredients for dressing; set aside. Layer remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Pour on dressing; refrigerate. Toss just before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
