Lebanese marinade

Ingredients

4 eaches Garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Oil
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Pepper
teaspoon Cayenne

Directions
